The hotel had a very central location, close to shopping areas and restaurants. I appreciated how easy it was to walk from the train station to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service. The bed was very comfortable, contributing to a restful experience.

There was no phone in the room for emergency services.

The room had automatic blackout curtains and pillows. This helped me get excellent sleep. A tablet controlled everything in the room. This included the curtains, blinds, and lighting, VERY convenient. The shower was AMAZING!!!

The check-in process was very streamlined. someone assisted me with their computer during check-in. i borrowed an umbrella. It was a helpful amenity. the room had a good size and modern design.

the room i got was quite small. one person had to climb over the other to get out of bed. the vanity area lacked sufficient lighting. the air conditioning was not adequate, i couldn't get it as cool as i wanted.

The location was very accessible. i could easily walk to shops, museums, and restaurants. the tech controls in the room made things fun. the staff allowed an early check-in. I appreciated this after my long travels.

the washing sink basin sat in the room, instead of the bathroom. i needed to exit the bathroom to wash my hands after using the toilet.
